My second stay there this year. Food is excellent, and the rooms are a good size. This time I had one of the rooms in a newer part of the building. The hotel is in a very nice location.

Beautiful old building with excellent restaurant. Service was absolutely perfect. Rooms are decent and clean. Close to autobahn so good for a stay-over on a long trip.
Curtains in room were not dark (we stayed in dependance), which makes room already light at 06.00 in summertime. A minor inconvenience.

The restaurant was excellent - best zander I've tasted (since we last stayed here!). Open-access internet computer very useful.
Our bathroom was an odd shape (because of the age of the hotel). The four-poster bed canopy obscured our bedroom's decorated ceiling!

Beautiful location right inside old city walls. Comfortable, large room
Parking good behind building, had to search a minute with the front desk's directions.....would have been good to have on website, since it's the only place to park and cannot be seen from front of hotel. They have a laptop for internet use on 2nd floor landing, and when we asked how to get to Internet Explorer we were treated as if we were stealing linen! The head desk person finally came up to bring it up, and was so awfully angry about it! They really should something written in English!!!! And try to be friendlier, this was the Only place out of 4 we stayed in who did not smile or offer more coffee at breakfast...

Nestled in the heart of a charming small town, this hotel was a true gem. the quaint beer garden and proximity to the Main river added to its charm. the room was not only spacious but also tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, beautiful linens, and a flat-screen TV. the bathroom was spotless with a large tub-shower combination.
The absence of an elevator in the building made carrying luggage up the staircase a bit challenging.

The location in the medieval town centre; good food - local seasonal specialities
Lack of lift; limited parking - the garage we had reserved had been double booked

The hotel's central location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the town on foot. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a decent variety of food to choose from.
Sadly, my stay was negatively impacted by the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. They seemed disinterested in offering assistance or making my stay enjoyable.

Located near a charming small village, this hotel offers two equally nice buildings to choose from. the rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, and the linens are of high quality. the bathroom is tastefully tiled and quite large. there is an excellent breakfast buffet available for a reasonable price.
we were disappointed that many local attractions were closed due to a nearby event, making it difficult to experience the local town.

The hotel is located in the heart of this charming German city, with plenty of dining options around. The square in front of the hotel is just perfect to enjoy a glass of local wine. The staff at this hotel is amazing and always friendly, from the check-in to the breakfast service. Speaking of breakfast, options were plentiful and the restaurant had a really cozy atmosphere. Finally, my room was quite spacious and clean.
Nothing to be said.
